Practice Survey on-line, you may download and complete a paper version of the
survey questionnaire and return it for processing.
If you wish to complete the survey on paper in lieu of completing it on-line,
please click on the 'Download Survey' button below to download a copy of the
survey questionnaire to your computer. You may then print a copy of the questionnaire and
complete it manually.

Please note that, once you have downloaded, completed and returned the paper
version of the survey, you will no longer be able to access the questionnaire
portion of the LawPracticeEconomics.com web site. If you have
already started your survey on-line using the LawPracticeEconomics.com web
site, and then decide to complete the survey using the paper survey questionnaire,
the responses you provide on the paper questionnaire will take precedence.
In all cases, however, you may access the 2007 State Bar of Michigan Economics
of Law Practice Survey results using the State Bar of Michigan member number
and the password that you are asked to provide, either during registration on
the LawPracticeEconomics.com web site or on the Survey Registration form that
is attached to the front of the paper questionnaire.
